Installing Cyrious SMS 2000 can be a time consuming process. Plan ahead and make sure you have a good understanding of computer functions. With the steps listed within this section the installation time should be greatly reduced if you follow them correctly.
Items needed for a successful upgrade:
Cyrious Installation CD (of the most current version)
A fair amount of free time for installation
45-90 minutes for network install (in some cases longer)
Network connectivity (only applicable if user is running a multi-station version of Cyrious SMS)
Internet connection with Windows Netmeeting (not required, but recommended)
