Making a Backup of Data

Network:

  1. Double-click on " My Computer "

  2. Double-click on the P: Drive

  3. Double-click on the POS folder

  4. Right-click on the (default)Data3 folder (could also be a folder that they named specifically)

    1. Click on Copy

  5. Click on File (top left corner) > Close

  6. Right-click on your Desktop (main screen of computer terminal)

    1. Click on Paste

*Note* - This procedure could take a few minutes depending on database size.
