Uninstalling Previous Version

Uninstalling previous version of SMS is required for a merger over to Version 2000. This is done to help minimize the possibility of database version conflicts.

Uninstalling Cyrious

1. Click on Start(button) > Settings > Control Panel

2. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs

3. Find Cyrious within the list and click on it. (in some cases, it may be named differently)

4. Click on Add/Remove(button)

5. Click " Yes to All " if prompted to remove shared files.

Removing POS Folder

1. Double-click on " My Computer "

2. Double-click on C: Drive (could be a different if user another specific drive)

3. Right-click on the POS folder

4. Click on Delete

5. Click ' Yes ' to send the folder to the Recycle Bin
