Problem:
Are you unable to create P: Drive
due to a windows error?
Solution:
Double-click on " My Computer "
Do you have a P: Drive already ?
If yes, right-click on P: Drive and check the drive TYPE:
If it is a Network Drive and could be substituted by using another drive letter, then:
Cancel the properties dialog box.
Right-click on P: Drive and click on Disconnect.
After it is disconnected go back to creating P: Drive
If no, then repeat the steps in creating P: Drive. If you are then unable to successfully create the P: drive, please contact technical support.
Problem:
Are you unable to follow the steps listed in creating a P: Drive
because you don't have Notepad?
Solution:
Click on Start > Run
Type in EDIT
A dos-based editpad will be loaded, your mouse will not work in this program to select menus.
Press Alt + F keys at the same time.
Use your Down Arrow to highlight Open , then press the Enter key.
The first box highlighted will be File Name: type in the following path.
c:\autoexec.bat
Now press the Enter key.
Your cursor will automatically be placed on the first line.
Press the Enter key to insert a blank line
On the blank line type in the following command line.
subst P: C:\Cyrious
After placing the command line into the window:
Press Alt + F keys at the same time.
Highlight Save and press the Enter key.
Close the window by clicking the X button in the top right corner.
Now restart the computer.
