Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is curious, intrigued by marketing and enjoys a challenge. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Sales Manager and management to drive and execute the marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity for exposure to several facets of marketing including email campaigns, designs, strategy, web and social media.

What you'll be responsible for:

Analytics
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly lead and sales statistics to measure effectiveness of various campaigns and lead sources.
  • Analyze website traffic via Google Analytics to improve conversions and determine if revisions or additions to the site are needed.

Website

  • Update content on public website (www.cyrious.com) via Wagtail CMS.
  • Update contact on customer training website (www.cyrioussoftware.com) via Dreamweaver.
  • Manage SEO efforts.

Email & Direct Marketing

  • Design and execute several concurrent email campaigns to different targets.
  • Design sales collateral to support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Manage opt-in process and continue to build email list.

Tradeshows & Events

  • Determine show strategy and set event goals.
  • Design all booth collateral, including: backdrops, banners, flyers and signage.
  • Ensure all logistics are handled, including: travel arrangements and booth services.
  • Measure and report on show ROI, number of leads, sales breakdown.
  • Plan and execute CyrCon (user conference) held every 12-18 months.

Social Media & Blog

  • Build & maintain and editorial calendar for content placement across company blog and social media assets.
  • Produce content: articles, customer interviews and testimonials, images, videos and more.

Public Relations & Editorial

  • Maintain editorial calendar to ensure mentions and placement in relevant articles.
  • Build rapport with industry editors and columnists.

Level I & II Computer Software Support Technician

Job Role:

What does it take to help our customers with their technical inquiries? A great attitude and the desire to stay up to date on technology and the latest devices. In this role, you'll come up with innovative solutions to help our customers provide support and training utilizing business solutions software.

Duties:

  • Determine source of concern by working with customer (user) on the telephone and through remote administration utilities.
  • Determines source of error by reviewing procedures and actions taken by user; helping user to perform diagnostic procedures.
  • Resolves problems by issuing corrective instructions; consulting with coworkers and outside partner vendors.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks; participating in technical societies.
  • Helps to identify potential process solutions to performance problems & opportunities for improvement.

Skills/Qualifications (not all are required, but helpful)

  • Previous experience in these areas is a plus, you will utilize your knowledge and skills in these areas daily.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Capable of presenting Technical Information.
  • Accounting, understanding of business financial reports: P&L, Income Statement, etc.
  • Experience with Windows XP, Vista, 7, and Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Experience with configuring firewalls, port exclusions, network shares, NTFS permissions, and anti-virus applications.
  • Microsoft SQL Server, the ability to administer databases and write SQL queries. IIS Configuration and troubleshooting

Software Business Analyst

Cyrious Software Business Analyst are technical experts who guide customers through their implementation of the Cyrious business management software. Our customers are generally sign, graphics or printing companies. This individual must be dedicated to the mission to help business owners and managers be significantly more successful.

Job Role:

This individual is customer oriented and capable of independently developing and presenting technical solutions to clients.

Duties:

  • Help clients d etermine how best to set up Cyrious business software for their business.
  • Work with business owners and senior management remotely and on location at times.
  • Assist with development, integration, fine tuning, and training of the customer’s implementation of Cyrious.
  • Coordinate technical sessions by providing detailed product overviews and determining the customer’s integration and development plans.
  • Extract data and create reports to provide customers with solutions to fit their everyday needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Schedule and track your work to properly bill time.

Skills/Qualifications (not all are required, but helpful)

  • Takes pride in doing a great job.
  • Is dedicated to / cares about doing a great job for customers.
  • Above average listening, speaking, presentation and writing skills
  • Self directed with the ability to manage time on simultaneous projects with minimal supervision

  • Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports or MS Reporting Services preferred.

Duties:

  • Manage sales leads using internal CRM package.
  • Inside sales consisting of cold calling prospects.
  • Record daily activities, manage and schedule follow ups and product demonstrations.
  • Actively search for new opportunities, referrals and new ways to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Represent Cyrious Software at national industry conventions and tradeshows.
